With a banner that reads "Take to the Skies", which further validates their proficiency for high-flying action, the Karasuno High volleyball team is indeed a stunning group to watch, as they capitalize on their ability to seemingly fly across the court to full advantage, leaving their opponents mostly baffled and unsure of how to proceed.       Are you buying from outside of the U.S. (Canada, in particular)? Your country's customs department may decide to hold your items at the border temporarily, often without explanation, eh!

      Note: Canada's customs department takes a particularly long time to resolve these holds. Don’t worry, though. This doesn’t happen a good deal of the time. But if your order has been held up, we suggest calling your country's customs department directly and ask that they release your items immediately. Or else. ;)

      CAN I EXCHANGE THE PERSONALIZED PRODUCT I BOUGHT?

      We take pride in our work, and all personalized products are made with loving care and tenderness. As such, please help us by selecting the correct size that you need. Our sizes are true to measurement so you don't really have to go 1-2 size up/down.

      Personalized products once done, are non-exchangeable

      WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

      It pains us that your product wasn’t to your liking.

      If you wish to return the product to us, our return policy lasts 30 days from the date you received the product (i.e. sign over from your local postal service). If 30 days have gone by since, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

      Also, please understand that to be eligible for a Return/Resend/Refund, the product must qualify as:

      -Mixed up;
      -Having fault on arrival (wrong size, wrong design, wrong item); 
      -Not as described on product page.

      If we establish that the fault is ours, we'll take it off your hands and pay for the return shipping. J

      However, please remember that to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, and must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we will need a receipt or proof of purchase.

      Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. The highly advanced but easily-confused androids in charge of making our products won’t know what to do with your item, and this may cause their circuits to go haywire.
